Whixall Marina Refurbishment Update

Since purchasing Whixall Marina in Spring 2007, we have been very busy replacing the pontoons and upgrading the facilities on site. We are delighted to announce the majority of the works are now complete with some further improvements to carparking, landscaping security and waste disposal still to come. Berths available for 40' and 50' narrrowboats. Please contact the marina for details.

BWML's First CMM Graduate

At the recent 2008 British Marine Federation Annual Conference, Rod Grant became the first BWML manager to achieve the International Marina Institute's CMM (Certificated Marina Manager) qualification. The CMM is the first and only internationally recognised professional qualification in the marina industry. Rod is currently the General Manager of Sawley and Kings Marinas in the Midlands. ...more
