Description

Accommodation
River Runner is a 60ft x 10ft cruiser style stern wide beam boat built in 2007. The rear deck is protected by a pram hood cover. The skirt is integral with the hull. The gas locker is central on the rear bulkhead with entrance to the boat on the port side.

Galley: [Approx. 8ft 10ins Lg] The ’U’ shaped galley is fitted to starboard, with Slate effect worktop, stainless steel sink and drainer. The galley is fully equipped with a double cooker having 6 hobs, double oven and double grill, microwave and 240v Proline Fridge/freezer. The washing machine is also in the galley but accessed from the lounge area. There is ample cupboard and drawer storage space. The floor is Klik tiled for ease of cleaning.  6 x 240v sockets.

Saloon: [Approx. 15ft Lg] The lounge has free standing furniture which includes 2 two seater leather reclining settees, 3 fold away coffee tables and TV wall unit with storage. The 32” TV is included and comes with aerial booster and Digibox. Heating is provided by a Solid fuel stove. If required oil filled electric radiators can be plugged into a separate 240v ring main. Other than the galley floor, River Runner is carpeted thorough out. 14 x 240v sockets 1 x 240v radiator socket.

Bathroom: [Approx. 7ft 6ins Lg x 6ft 4ins wide] The bathroom is set to starboard and is complete with full sized bath, with shower, Thetford swivel cassette toilet and vanity unit with wash basin and mirror above.

Bedroom: [Approx. 13ft 6ins Lg] The bedroom has free standing furniture with ample room to move around. The full size double bed has storage underneath and bedside drawers either side. There are two full height wardrobes on the rear bulkhead with a set of drawers either side of the central steps. 6 x 240v socket, 1x 240v radiator socket. TV aerial socket with booster.

River Runner is ideal as a live aboard boat or for long term cruising.
A grade 1 mooring is available here at Sawley at a cost of £2,720.09 per annum.
