Description

Elan is a 63ft semi-trad style stern shell built by G & J Reeves and fitted out by R Neal & Co in 2001. Elan is powered by an air cooled 3 cylinder Kelvin JP3 in its own engine room. Elan is an ideal family boat with traditional features for the connoisseur.
 

The accommodation consists of:-
 

Forward Saloon:-  [Approx. 10ft 9ins Lg].

To port is ‘L’ shaped seating with a desmo legged table which converts to a double berth.  A TV cupboard and shelving with built in Radio is also to port with a solid fuel stove opposite. Auxiliary heating is provided by a radiator fed by a Webasto diesel fired boiler.

Galley:-  [Approx. 7ft 4ins Lg].

The ‘U’ shaped galley has tiled work tops with storage above and below. The galley is fully equipped with 4 burner hob, vanette GG6000 oven & grill, stainless steel sink & drainer unit and 12v fridge.

Bathroom:-   [Approx 5ft Lg x 3ft 6ins wide].

A 3/4 bath is fitted as well as a hand wash basin and Thetford cassette toilet. Heating is provided by a radiator in the gangway.
 

Central Cabins:-    [Each Approx. 5ft 10ins lg].

Aft of the bathroom are two cabins, each with
upper and lower bunk. Heating is provided by a radiator opposite.
 

Engine Room:-    [Approx. 5ft 10ins Lg].

The engine room provides easy access to the superb air cooled Kelvin J3 fitted within. Side hatches either side provide ventilation and a window for
admiring glances, whether moored up or in action on the cut.
 

Rear Cabin:-     [Approx. 6ft. Lg].

Either side are bunks which convert to a cross double and also wardrobes for storage. Heating is provided by a radiator undeneath steps.
