Description

John Henry Bonham is a Dutch Barge type steel cruiser built by Westland in 1914. She is fitted with a Volvo penta 2400cc diesel engine and has recently been re- furbished inside.

Accommodation comprises of:-
 

Rear Cabin:- Approx. 6ft 2ins Lg x 7ft 8ins wide [tapering]
To port is a fixed double berth with storage underneath, a half wardrobe to the rear and a  book shelf opposite.
 

Wheel House:- Approx. 6ft 10ins Lg x 6ft 10ins Wide.       1 x240v socket [with 4 way adaptor]
The wheelhouse is full demountable. A cupboard on port side gives easy access to the  Victron 24v/300w inverter, battery charge, mains control panel and morse controls.
 

Galley:- Approx. 13ft Lg x 6ft 7” wide.          1 x240v socket [with 4 way adaptor]
Wide steps to starboard lead into the galley area. The wet room is to port and also
contains the Porta potti. The galley is fully equipped with an Argent 4 burner hob, round  St. St. Sink, Vaillant gas water heater, microwave, toaster and Proline fridge with cool  box. There is also comfortable seating for 4 round the rectangular dining table.
Heating is provided by a round solid fuel stove and auxiliary flame effect electric fire.
 

Lounge:- Approx. 6ft 11ins Lg x 6ft 7ins wide.        2 x 240v Sockets.
The lounge is furnished with free standing furniture, consisting of a settee and 2 coffee  tables with a wall unit opposite. Entertainment is provided by a 17” wall mounted TV and  stereo CD player.
 

The lounge and galley area have solid wooden floor boards throughout with recessed floor lights as well as the usual ceiling lighting.
