Front cabin: Approx. 7’3” and includes, shelving storage behind a 4’4” x 6’ cross bed taking up the bow section of the cabin with more storage under. Opposite the bed is a large shower cubical (2’4 x 3’) adjacent to an equally roomy wardrobe. ( with access to the back of the solid fuel stove). 2x port holes , 1x Houdini hatch above bed , 1x radiator and 4x 240volt sockets.Toilet : Approx. 4’x 4’3” and includes pump out toilet , wash basin with vanity unit. 1 x port hole.

Saloon: Approx. 9’ with solid fuel stove in Adams style fire surround. Fitted cupboards under starboard gunwale including fitted corner entertainment unit , opposite a free standing bed settee. Drop leaf table plus 3x hatchers giving access to the bilge , which the vendor has utilized as extra storage and coal bunker . 2x port holes , 2x windows plus large apex style sky light. 8x 240volt sockets , 1x aerial socket, 1x radiator.
