JEANIE DEANS IS 57ft x 10ft 6ins Dutch Barge Style Boat for Sale with Mooring in a Great Location. JEANIE DEANS was built by Floating Homes in 2000 to a steel spec of 10/6/4 and is powered by a Thorneycroft T145 inboard diesel engine.

JEANIE DEANS has recently been lifted out and blacked and the hull is in immaculate condition with new anodes.

Heating comes from a glass fronted multi fuel burner which heats the whole boat apart from the bedroom which is located separately to the other side of the wheelhouse and heated by a simple low kw electric panel radiator. The hot water is immersion heated via a low kw immersion element to the hot water cylinder. Easily and economically heated water.

The boat is extremely cosy in the winter evenings especially with the glow coming from the stove.

Galley:
Plenty of cupboards, Belfast sink, gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, all in good working order.
 

Bedroom:
Fitted mirrored wardrobes to one side, other built in cupboards, and white leather storage bed.
 

Engine:
Thornycroft in perfect order with minimal running time

Mooring:

JEANIE DEANS is moored at our Portavon Marina, Keynsham. The mooring is available with the purchase of this boat. 

The Marina is 5 mins walk from the local train station (frequent trains into Bristol, Bath and London) 5 min journey to Bristol or Bath!
It is a Peaceful location with plenty of wildlife and a Great, friendly local pub 2 min walk, 5 mins walk from local shops, restaurants etc
