Customer Service Programme
Monday 16th February 2009
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering excellent customer service, we are rolling out a programme of customer service improvements. From physical improvements on some sites through to improved training and development for our teams you will really begin to see how hard we are working to be the best in the industry and to give you the customer experience you deserve. New customer comment cards and feedback questionnaires will be launching in April, along with a new Customer Promise to really show you how important you are.
