Magicia is a 57ft cruiser stern wide beam boat tastefully fitted out by the owner on a South West Durham steelcraft shell.
The rear cruiser stern is protected by a pram hood and cover.

Lounge/Galley: - approx 19’ 9” Lg x 11’ 0” w.
This is open plan. Central steps lead in to the lounge. To port are bookshelves, storage and 12v fridge. Opposite is a TV/video unit with more storage space. Comfortable seating is provided by a 2 seater settee and recliner with foot stool. Heating is provided by a solid fuel Squirrel stove (Back boiler available but not fitted) or a Mikuni diesel fired boiler feeding 4 radiators. The ‘L’ shaped galley is fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, 2 burner gas hob ( electric 2 burner hob also available) , oven, grill, 12v fridge and stainless steel sink & drainer. There is ample storage space above and below the worktops.

Dining Room: - Approx 6’ 3” Lg x 11’ 0” w. This multi purpose centre cabin can be used as an office / dining room / spare bedroom.

Shower room: - Approx 5’ 0” Lg x 11’ 0” w. The shower room is full width and also has a vanity unit, with wash basin, Thetford casette toilet and condensing dryer.
