Information:

GRP hull, deck and superstructure. Professionally painted with 11 coats of International paint in 2004. Keel mounted aluminium masts, junk rigged, alloy articulated battens,maroon sail covers (new 2003), A-frames for booms, 2 x new sails (2003), 2 x old but usable sails, 2 x Anderson 28, 2 speed self tailing winches (new 2003), lazy jacks and all lines led back to cockpit. Plates, cutlery and cups. Engine spares and electrical spares. Cockpit grates, 2 x maroon dodgers (new 2003) , maroon spray hood (new 2003), rope tidies (new 2003), 2 x winch handles, wheel steering, block and tackle for M.O.B retrieval. CQR anchor and chain, Danforth anchor with rope, fenders, mooring lines, boat hook. Horseshoe buoy (new 2003), Dan Buoy, 4 x 150kn self inflating life jackets (new 2003), 4 fire extinguishers, radar reflector, flares, ICOM 501 VHF radio, Sea Talk VHF radio, 1 x manual bilge pump and 1 x electric bilge pump. Cold water to kitchen with manual and electric pumps. Shower/head is supplied with hot water via a gas water heater (to be replaced by current owner). 2 x 105 ah batteries charged via engine alternator, Rutland 400 wind generator, 240v shore power, radio CD player, switch panel new 2002, navigation lights, interior lights and sockets rewired 2003. Magnetic compass in binnacle, Furono GPS (2003), Furono depth and log (2003), Sea Talk log and depth and Sirius wind vane if requested. Fuel - 100 litres (22 gal.) plus additional gravity fed 25 litre tank. Water - 100 litres (22 gal.). Gas - Cylinders located in cockpit locker.
